Mission Statement
Overall Mission: Rosemary Children's Services provides compassionate and therapeutic support to help children, adolescents and families heal from their pasts and move towards productive and fulfilling futures.
Residential Care Mission: Provide a productive, safe, nurturing environment for adolescent girls through positive influences and learning life skills to achieve their goals, dreams and potential.
Foster Family Program Mission: Provide services to children and families through participation placement in safe, nurturing, respectful homes while supporting plans for family reunification, adoption or emancipation.
Non-Public School Mission: Provide quality education focused on individual student needs including academic, vocational and independent living skills that promote a successful transition to adulthood.
Day Rehabilitation Mission: Provide therapeutic services to develop adolescent girls' emotional health to help them attain social skills, responsible behaviors, and strong self-esteem.
