Rosemary Children's Services offers excellent benefits in addition to rewarding career opportunities. All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
Medical & Dental Insurance - Rosemary Children's Services offers employees with a choice of two medical plans and two dental plans.
The majority of the employee premiums are covered by the agency with one
of the dental plan premiums being covered 100%. Employees are offered the opportunity to add dependents to their insurance
plans.
Paid Time Off - Rosemary Children's Services recognizes 9 paid holidays each calendar year, 96-160 vacation hours per year, 80 sick hours per year, paid jury duty and bereavement leave.
Life Insurance - Rosemary Children's Services offers a life insurance policy that is 100% employer paid. The policy awards 2x's the employees' annual base salary
Education Tuition Reimbursement - Rosemary Children's Services encourages all their employees to continue with their education to promote career advancement & professional development. Tuition Reimbursement is provided to employees pursuing educational degrees relevant to the operation of Rosemary Children's Services programs.
401(a) Pension Plan - Rosemary Children's Services contributes 5% of the employees' annual base salary towards their retirement.
403(b) Retirement Plan - Rosemary Children's Services' employees may participate and contribute up to $11,000 annually on a pre-tax basis towards their retirement. Employees are vested after 5 years of full-time employment.
Credit Union - Rosemary Children's Services employees are given the opportunity to become members of the Pasadena Federal Credit Union.

Employee Assistance Program - The EAP Program is available to all employees and their families. The EAP program is a confidential and free service that provides counseling, financial planning and legal advice.
